General rules:

1) We accept only english language sites.
2) We don't accept low quality sites.
3) No more than 3 banners/links to sponsors on each page.
4) No popup consoles, no full-page ads.
5) We don't accept free hosted sites.
6) We have a standart rules for the ammount of content and it's quality.

Recips (Our recips are here):

1) Recip is required. It must be in good location on your site.
2) You must also submit your site to at least 5 quality linklists of other LL owners.
3) We don't want to be on the same page with dead linklists and linklists that put links thru script.
